Acceptable use policy

Never use Viralyc to make a deepfake: content that shows a real person saying or doing something they didn't, or that pretends to be a real person or business.

Use someone's face, voice or name only with their permission. Never present a public figure, a celebrity or a politician as endorsing you or saying something they didn't, and never use anyone under 18 without their parent's consent.

Sexual or sexually suggestive content, nudity, and anything that sexualises minors.

Hate, harassment, threats or violence, or content that encourages people to harm themselves or others.

False, misleading or deceptive content: fake reviews or testimonials, endorsements the person didn't give, or misleading claims about health, money or results.

Illegal products or services, and anything that breaks the law where you or your audience are.

Spam: unsolicited mass messages, or the same content pushed across accounts you don't own.

Upload, import or link only material you own or have the right to use: photos, videos, music, logos and recordings.

Don't infringe anyone's copyright, trademarks or privacy.

Connect only accounts you own or manage, and follow each network's terms. We publish through the networks' official APIs, directly or through our publishing partner.

Don't use Viralyc to buy or fake likes, followers, views or engagement, or to automate follows, likes or messages to strangers.

Our team looks at what goes live through Viralyc every day. A post that breaks this policy can be taken down from your networks; we tell you when we do and why.

We may also refuse to make something, pause Autopilot, or suspend or close an account, and we report illegal content to the authorities.

Our AI providers apply their own safety filters, so some requests can't be made at all.
