Cancel anytime
You can cancel your plan at any time from your account (Account → Billing → Cancel). Cancelling stops all future renewals. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and is not charged again.
Refunds
Plans are billed monthly, in advance, in USD. Payments for a period that has started are not refunded, and partly used months are not prorated, except as described below or where the law requires it.
If you were charged in error (for example twice for the same plan, or after you cancelled), contact us and we will refund that charge in full.
Your 14-day cancellation right
If you are a consumer in Israel, you may cancel a purchase within 14 days of it, as provided by the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981. We then refund the payment, less any cancellation fee the law allows.
If you live in another country whose law gives you a right to withdraw from an online purchase, that right applies too.
Delivery
Viralyc is an online service. Your plan is active as soon as your payment is confirmed, and everything it includes is delivered in the app. There is nothing to ship.
How to ask for a refund
Email [email protected] from the email on your account, with the date and amount of the payment. We answer within 2 business days. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days.
