Terms of use

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract, and you must use Viralyc for a business or professional purpose in compliance with applicable laws and the terms of the platforms you connect.

Don't use Viralyc for unlawful, deceptive, infringing or abusive content, or to violate any social network's terms.

You are responsible for reviewing content before it is published, especially on autopilot.

You own the content you generate and publish. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service (store, process and publish on your behalf).

When you create a Digital Twin from your own face, photos, video or voice recordings, you confirm that you are the person shown, or that you have that person's explicit permission, and that they are at least 18.

You grant Viralyc and the AI providers we work with a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to capture, store and process this material, and the avatar and voice created from it, to generate content for your business, including marketing videos.

You also agree that this material and what is created from it may be used to train, test and improve AI models and our service.

You can delete a twin at any time on the Digital Twin page. We then stop using it for new content. Content already published is not affected, and material already used to train a model may not be removable from that model.

Never create a twin of another person without their consent, or use a twin to impersonate someone, mislead, or present an endorsement the person did not give.

Paid plans are billed in advance (in ILS or USD) and renew automatically each period until cancelled. Payments are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record, whose terms also apply to the transaction.

You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period, and cancellation stops future renewals. Usage may be metered (for example monthly generation and avatar limits).

Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated. If you believe you were billed in error, contact [email protected].

Viralyc uses artificial intelligence to generate text, images and video. All AI output is provided for informational and inspirational purposes only. It is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, suitable for your specific business, or free from errors.

You must review, edit and approve all AI-generated content before publishing it. You are solely responsible for the content you publish and for ensuring it complies with applicable laws, regulations, platform policies and your own brand standards.

AI output may occasionally produce results that are unexpected, off-brand, factually incorrect, or not aligned with your intent. This is an inherent characteristic of generative AI technology. Viralyc makes no warranty that any generated content will meet your expectations or achieve any particular marketing result.

By using Viralyc you acknowledge that AI-generated content is a starting point or creative aid, not a final product. We strongly recommend you treat every output as a draft that requires human review before use.

The service is provided 'as is' and 'as available', without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Viralyc and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service or any content generated through it.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to this service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

You may stop using Viralyc and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, unlawful use, or risk to the service or others. On termination your right to use the service ends; certain clauses (ownership, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, governing law) survive.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Viralyc and its affiliates from claims, damages and costs arising from the content you publish, your use of the service, or your violation of these terms or of any third-party or platform rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.

We may add, change, or remove features, and we aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Some capabilities depend on third parties (AI providers and the social networks) and may change or pause outside our control.

If you send us ideas or feedback, you grant us a free, worldwide license to use it to improve the service, with no obligation to you.

Connecting a social network or using an integrated provider is also subject to that third party's terms. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is at your own risk.

If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or sale. These terms are the entire agreement between you and Viralyc regarding the service. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date.
