From recording to a posted series

  1. 1

    Bring the recording

Upload it from your computer or phone, send it on WhatsApp, or paste a YouTube, Google Drive or Dropbox link. Hours long is fine.

  2. 2

    Vee finds the reels

He listens to all of it and keeps the moments that make sense on their own: one full thought, a reason to stay in the first seconds. About 20 from an hour.

  3. 3

    You approve

Watch each reel, change a title or a caption, leave out the ones you don't want.

  4. 4

    They go out in order

Pick the days and the hour. Holidays, their eves and memorial days are passed by. Every network you've connected, from one calendar.

What every reel gets

A cover that makes people stop

Each reel gets its own hook on its cover, styled to what's said in it. The video itself starts on the first word.

The first line decides if they stay

The speaker stays in the frame

Vee follows the face from a wide shot into 9:16, and moves with the cut when the camera changes.

Captions, word by word

In the language spoken. Hebrew reads right to left, punctuation where it belongs.

Already subtitled?

Vee sees it and keeps your subtitles as they are, without adding a second set.

Hours in every plan

Questions about Movie to Reels

What is Movie to Reels?

A Viralyc feature that turns a long recording, such as a lecture, a podcast, a webinar or a YouTube video, into a series of one-minute vertical reels. Each reel is one complete thought with a hook on its cover, the speaker kept in the frame and captions word by word. You approve them, and they post in order on the days you choose.

How many reels do I get from a recording?

About 20 for every hour. Vee keeps only moments that make sense on their own, so a recording with fewer clear ideas gives fewer reels.

How long can a recording be?

As long as the hours left on your plan this month: Starter has 1 hour, Growth 5, Pro 10, and Managed has no hour limit. A longer recording is used from its beginning up to what's left, and you're told before anything is made. Files can be up to 8 GB.

Can I use a YouTube video?

Yes. Paste the link instead of uploading. Use videos you own or have the rights to post.

Which languages are the captions in?

Hebrew and English, in the language that's spoken. Hebrew captions read right to left, with the punctuation in its place. If the recording already has subtitles, Vee keeps them and doesn't add a second set.

Do the reels post without me?

Not until you approve them. Then they go out in order at the hour and on the days you pick, to the networks you've connected, passing by holidays, their eves and memorial days if you want. You can move any reel in the calendar.

Is Movie to Reels in the free trial?

No. It's part of every paid plan. The free trial shows you posts and a short video made from your website.

Have a recording in a folder? Make it a series.

One upload, weeks of reels, posted on your days.
